Director of Sales & Marketing, Wilson, NC (8-20-08) top
Bell Senior Living properties is looking for a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing for a new senior independent living community of 58 one- and two-bedroom apartments on the campus of Parkwood Village, a 70-bed assisted living community with a 20-bed Alzheimer's/Dementia unit. The independent living community is named The Landing at Parkwood Village.
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activities for the campus, with a primary emphasis on outreach, community programming, leads generation, and admissions to The Landing.
Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and experience in the senior living industry is required. Successful candidates must have a desire to work with and for seniors. BA/BS degree and Microsoft Office experience is preferred. Occasional nights, week-end and holiday work. Great benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, ST & LT Disability, etc.
